We collect it only with your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and we use it only for the purpose described below. Please do not send us clinical details, medical history, photographs or documents — we do not need them and we are not equipped to assess them.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not collect or store personal data or track individuals across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers and country.

Why we collect it, and who receives it

We collect enquiry details in order to refer you to cosmetic surgery providers, and we are paid a fee by those providers for the referral. This is our commercial model and we want it stated plainly here as well as on our how we make money page.

When you submit an enquiry, your information may be disclosed to:

  • One or more cosmetic surgery providers, so they can contact you about your enquiry
  • KnowYourMarket.ai, as the publisher operating this site
  • Our IT and hosting suppliers, who process data on our instructions

Once your details are passed to a provider, that provider becomes responsible for the information it holds and its own privacy policy applies. We cannot delete information held by a third party on your behalf, though we will tell you who received it so you can ask them directly.

We do not sell your personal information for any purpose other than the referral described above, and we do not disclose it overseas, except insofar as our suppliers host data outside Australia .

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records only for as long as we need them for the purpose described above, after which they are deleted or de-identified. We keep them for that period so we can resolve disputes about referrals and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

  • Access. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
