If a cost figure, an item number, a date or a statement of the rules is wrong on this site, tell us. Include the page address and what you believe is incorrect. We correct confirmed errors and note the correction on the page — see the editorial policy.

To access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at through our contact page with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days, as required under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Do not send these to us — we cannot act on them. Concerns about a registered health practitioner, a clinic, or cosmetic surgery advertising go to the regulator:
